2. Services Provided
Peggy's Home Watch offers home monitoring and check-in services to ensure your property remains secure and maintained while you are away. Services may include security checks, mail collection, plumbing and appliance inspections, and reporting. Additional services may be available upon request.
3. Service Agreements & Scheduling
- All services are scheduled in advance and require a confirmed booking.
- Customers may cancel or modify appointments with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Emergency or last-minute requests may incur additional fees.
4. Privacy & Access
- Homeowners must provide secure access (key, code, or authorized entry method) for scheduled check-ins.
- Our team respects your privacy and will only access the areas necessary for the agreed-upon services.
- We do not access private documents, valuables, or any spaces not included in the service agreement.
5. Payments & Refunds
- Payments must be made before service unless otherwise agreed.
- Monthly plans are billed in advance.
- Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis for unused services but are not guaranteed.
6. Liability & Limitations
- Peggy's Home Watch is a monitoring service and does not provide security enforcement or emergency response.
- We are not responsible for unforeseen damages or events occurring outside our scheduled checks.
- Any maintenance concerns will be reported to the homeowner, but we are not liable for repairs unless contracted separately.
7. Cancellation & Termination
- Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice.
- If a prepaid plan is canceled, refunds for unused visits may be considered.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the latest terms.
